--- food --- Mushroom Parmesan hand pie ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - insanely good - flakey, rich - I love mushrooms, but I'd hazard a guess and say people that don't like mushrooms would like this - the mushrooms aren't too mushroomy Tomato savory croissant ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - super juicy tomatoes - wish it had more substance on it but I just adore it, like I love the taste of the juicy tomato rather than the creamy tomoato - maybe more tomato jam or sauce? - I wouldn't order this over a hand pie tho Bakehouse breakfast sandwich ⭐⭐ - surprisingly just ok to me, despite reviews mentioning otherwise - it needs a sauce or something - I could tell the bread was good quality though Breakfast burrito ⭐⭐⭐ - definitely needs a hot sauce - we got it to go and didn't notice any by the lid station but we totally could have missed it --- drinks --- Lavander latte ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Drip coffee ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I spent a week in Seattle, and each morning, I would visit one of my favorite bakeries with friends. It has an amazing, vibrant menu, wonderful staff, and beautiful views to enjoy while having your meal and coffee. Hopefully will be back soon

Enjoyed the coffee and pastries. Service was excellent. Parking is tight and there isn't much indoor seating, but they have a nice roof top deck if the weather is nice. Worth the parking struggle.

Came on a rainy Sunday morning with a group of five and saw a line out the door, always a good sign, right? The pastries and coffee did not disappoint. Highly recommend the almond croissant (rich almond flavor and not too sweet), the mushroom hand pie (cheesy and savory in all the good ways, they’ll even warm it up for you), and the plain croissant (super flaky, reminding us of Paris but a bit less greasy, which I don’t mind). We even snagged a table upstairs for our group, loved the cozy vibe. Will definitely be back!

We came here for brunch with friends and really enjoyed the overall vibe. The line was fairly long — we waited about 15–20 minutes — but it moved steadily. Most people seemed to grab takeout, and there was actually plenty of seating available. They have indoor seating on the main floor, plus a somewhat hidden second floor with both indoor and outdoor seating. The upstairs patio was perfect for sunny weather — covered and protected from rain, which is such a bonus in Washington. The baked goods were very good and the coffee was amazing. The croissant and the passion fruit dessert were standout items. My egg and cheese sandwich was just okay — I wouldn’t order it again. Instead, I highly recommend the mushroom Parmesan hand pie. That one was definitely the winner!

Really delicious vegetarian bakery with an amazing rooftop deck. This place has a fantastic atmosphere—lively but never too crowded. The rooftop gets sun all day, and there are plenty of shaded spots if you need a break from the heat. Indoors, there’s also plenty of seating. My only gripe? No Wi-Fi. I tried a ton of items here. If you're short on time, here are the absolute must-gets: • Bakehouse Breakfast Sandwich – Phenomenal. Served on house-made focaccia with a perfectly cooked egg, some greens, and peppers for a little kick. • Mushroom Parmesan Hand Pie – Excellent at room temp, even better warmed up. • Biscuit & Seasonal Jam – This biscuit is so freaking good. I wish I had 100 of them. The jam is also great. (Hot take: they should serve a breakfast sandwich on this biscuit.) • Cinnamon Roll (Vegan) – Incredible. Light frosting, chewy dough. You’d never guess it’s vegan. Also great warmed up. More great options: • Chocolate Tahini Milk Bun – Unique and delicious. The tahini adds nutty depth to the rich chocolate. • Lavender Morning Bun – Flaky croissant dough with a strong lavender punch. Excellent. • Peach & Cream Cheese Danish – Fruity, well-balanced, with a light, fluffy crust. • Three Cheese Onion Croissant – Best served warm. The onions are sweet, the cheese is rich. • Coconut Cake (Vegan) – Moist, decadent, almost like cake batter—in a good way. • Iced Strawberry Matcha – Sweet but not cloying. Probably safe to assume all their drinks are solid. Fun & gimmicky treats: • Mango Twist Soft-Serve in a Croissant Cone – Fun presentation. The mango is tasty and the croissant cone is clever, even if it’s just a croissant cut in half. • Unicorn Horn – It’s just a meringue cookie, but I like it. Not worth repeating: • Roman Pizza – A bit dry and bland. Basically focaccia with tomato sauce and cheese. Skip it and get the breakfast sandwich instead. • Assorted Cookies & Pastries – Earl Grey shortbread, citrus shortbread, citrus crinkle cookie, twice-baked almond croissant, blueberry muffin, lemon ginger scone, chocolate chip cookie, raspberry lemon tea cake, chocolate hazelnut cake, huckleberry & orange financier: All tasty, but none particularly memorable.

Cute neighborhood bakery with great rooftop patio! Get here early if you want the best selection but we even with less options we enjoyed everything we ate! The savory options turned out to be our favorites - LOVED the Potato Gorgonzola Roman Pizza and the mushroom hand pie. Great use of seasonal ingredients, looking forward to trying more.

I'm glad we found Flora Bakehouse. Walking in feels like stepping into a friend's cozy kitchen—warm, welcoming, and smelling amazing. We went for a classic breakfast egg and cheese sandwich and couldn't resist adding a huckleberry danish and an almond croissant to the order. The sandwich was exactly what I was hoping for: simple, fresh, and satisfying. But the pastries were the real stars. The huckleberry danish had a perfect, just-tart-enough filling, and the almond croissant was so buttery and flaky it practically dissolved. The staff played a huge part in the experience, they were genuinely so friendly.
